Mira's interest in holistic health began almost 2 decades ago while she ran a holistic beauty salon in Philadelphia, PA. She also ran her own Massage and Bodywork business in NJ for 13 years. Mira is a graduate of Massage Arts Center of Philadelphia and is a Certified Therapist of the American Organization of Body Work Therapies of Asia (AOBTA). She is also a member of ABMP. She is currently a licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist in NC# 14217. Mira's Continuing Education involved studying and traveling throughout China. She is a Certified Shiatsu Practitioner and Usui Reiki Master and teacher who understands the natural ways of healing. Mira also attended the Asian School of Healing Arts, Rizzieri School of Healing Arts and the Omega Institute in NY. Her background also includes training in Macrobiotic Shiatsu, Acupressure, Traditional Chinese Medical Theory, Reiki, Crystals and Chakra balancing with etheric weaver, Japanese Hot Stone Massage, Healing Touch, Reflexology, Oriental Pulse and Tongue Assessment, Oncology Massage and Animal Energy Healing Therapy.

Jennifer is a NC & NY licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist. In 2018 she traded the mountains & snow of Lake Placid, NY for the sunny beaches of coastal NC.
She received her Associates Degree in Massage Therapy in 2005 from North Country Community College in Saranac Lake NY, and has been practicing ever since. She has over 17 years' experience and has worked in athletic settings as well as spa settings. Jennifer has a strong desire to help her clients achieve relaxation, stress relief and improved mobility.
She specializes in Therapeutic Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Swedish, Pre-natal and Trigger Point Therapy.

Melyssa is an NC licensed massage therapist and master aromatherapist. In
2009 she graduated with honors from the Massage Therapy program at ECPI Medical Career Institute in Raleigh, NC. She graduated from the American College of Healthcare Sciences in Portland Oregon in 2021 and specializes in aromatherapy and the benefits it lends to massage. Her skills include swedish, deep tissue, hot stone and cupping massage. Melyssa believes that self care is a necessity, not a luxury. She enjoys learning and continuing to develop her skills in order to better help her clients.
