Our Signature Massage will melt away muscle tension and increase blood flow. Relaxation Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.

This specialty massage combines all of the best therapies including Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, or Myofascial techniques for a truly unique experience. This is NOT a deep tissue massage. Therapeutic pressure can be applied light or firm, depending on the needs of each area of the body, and targeted stretching will loosen joints and tight muscles leaving you feeling like a new and improved you.

Deep Tissue Massage:

With Therapeutic Deep Tissue massage both the client and practitioner have a shared goal of achieving structural changes within the body. Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue. It may also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.

Pre Natal Massage:
Pregnancy massage addresses the special needs of expecting women. Specially designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Women with normal, healthy pregnancies benefit greatly from regular prenatal massages. If you have a high-risk pregnancy or are early in your first trimester, speak with your doctor or midwife before scheduling.
